Description: We are an established eye clinic seeking a motivated and enthusiastic orthoptist or clinical assistant to join our friendly team.

We are open to enquiries from -
• Experienced orthoptists or optometrists
• New graduates (Orthoptics or Optometry)
• Experienced ophthalmic technicians or optical dispensers

We are committed to investing in the training and upskilling of our staff.

Our clinic supports flexible work arrangements and we’re happy to discuss arrangements to fit our mutual needs. Our offer is for a longterm position – either full time or part time (3 – 4 or 5days/week).

We are an inclusive and collaborative team and our daily interactions are busy and rewarding.

Our 2 doctors are highly regarded leaders in their specialties:
Dr Maciek Kuzniarz – has a diverse practice and sees a wide range of general ophthalmology conditions and is a sub-specialist in general and complex oculoplastic cases.
Dr Kate Reid – is highly experienced and sought after specialist in the diagnosis and management of all neuro-ophthalmology conditions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• General patient assessment: history taking, visual acuity testing IOP measurements, refraction
• Visual Field Testing & OCT, IOL Master and calculations
• Retinal/fundus photography and fluorescein angiography
• Sterilisation, preparing procedure room and assisting with minor procedures
• Clinical stock and patient records management
• Collaboration with admin team to ensure productive and efficient patient flow

You will be supported with any training required.
