We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic orthoptist to join our retinal practice in Strathfield. Our friendly professional team consist of 9 ophthalmologists and 6 orthoptists.
There are 2 positions available. One is full time and one is part time. With P/T applicants please include your availability. Experienced applicants or new graduates are welcome to apply.
Duties include:
Clinical workup
OCT scanning
Retinal photography
Fluorescein angiography with Heidelberg HRA
Humphrey Visual field testing
Patient counselling and consent
Assisting with minor operations
Clinical trial research
Extensive training will be provided. We provide regular in-house teaching and sponsor orthoptists to attend external courses to further their career.
