  • Eyedeal Positions accepts no responsibility with regards to the workplace agreements and conditions as contracted between the advertisers and jobseekers or any relevant adverse events related during the term of employment.

  • Eyedeal Positions will not be liable for any adverse incidences arising from the employment of Jobseekers by Advertisers.

  • Advertisers have the responsibility to comply with the Equal Opportunity Commission Act 1986 and to adhere to the Employment Rights and Awards as determined by the relevant governing body

  • Jobseekers accepts personal responsibility to ensure that all work conditions offered by advertisers are acceptable and comply to employee rights and regulations as outlined by the State and Federal Government.

  • Eyedeal Positions will make every endeavor to avoid errors in advertisements but will not accept any responsibilities for any liabilities incurred. Eyedeal Positions will also make every effort to ensure that advertising details are accurate to the best of its knowledge but will not accept any responsibility for any inaccuracies that may arise.

  • Eyedeal Positions reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertising agreement at any time, according to our discretion.

  • Users of Eyedeal Careers acknowledge that any information collated is deemed strictly confidential and may only be used for the purpose of aiding the Job Seek process by Eyedeal Careers.
